There is some procedure which is needed to check in a horoscope to buying own land in a Vedic Astrology.
To know about Land and Property Yoga, check the position and dignity of the 4th house in your horoscope.
Also, check the placement of the 4th Lord in the Ascendant chart and Navamsa chart.

4th house is the house of land property. Also, check the placement of Mars in your horoscope because Mars is the son of Land.
If Mars is very much afflicted in a horoscope then these people may buy the property but they will not be satisfied with that property so that's why the placement of Mars is very important while determining property Yoga.
Mars should be strong if anyone wants to buy his or her own new house.
If Mars is present in its exaltation zodiac sign or own zodiac sign or friendly zodiac sign then it will be considered as a strong and benefic placement to buy land or house.
Now check the Placement of the 10th house in your horoscope. If any planet is present in the 10th house will keep an eye on the 4th house from its 7th aspect. If there is any relation between the lord of the 4th house and the 10th house then it will be considered very auspicious.
If the placement of the Moon is not strong in your horoscope then you will face difficulties to buy property or land.
Rohini Nakshatra is the number 4th Nakshatra. If any of your planet in your horoscope is present in Rohini Nakshatra then that planet will play an important role in your property related matters.
Also, check the placement of Saturn in your horoscope because Saturn shows the permanent land and agricultural land so that's why the role of Saturn is also important to gain property Yoga in a horoscope.
Lord of 4th house should not be present in 3rd house or 9th house or 11th house because they are becoming 6th, 8th and 12th from itself which is not a very good indication and 3rd house is twelve houses away from the 4th house.
The 9th house is six houses away from the 4th house. The 11th house is eight houses away from the 4th house.
These all indicate that if you want to buy a property then you should not buy with your name. It will be better for you to buy a property with your family members name or the person to whom you trust more.
If the Lord of 4th house is present in the 3rd house then it indicates property-related losses so you should become alert before making any decision to buy a land or house and never buy the property with your name.
If the Lord of the 4th house is present in 9th house where 9th house is the house of luck also. The 9th house also comes under Trikona house which is considered to be auspicious.
This indicates that you may get property through your father or you may stay in a property made by your father.

You should also check the position for Lord of 4th house from 4th house and also from the Ascendant or Lagna or 1st house.

If your Lord of 4th house is present in Mars related zodiac signs that are Aries or Scorpio zodiac sign then it indicates that the person will first buy a property and then will make a house but if Lord of 4th house is present in especially Aries zodiac sign and present in bad or Trik houses then there may be danger of fire in the house because Aries zodiac represents fire.

If the Nakshatra of 4th house Lord is present in 6th house or 8th house or 12th house from the Ascendant then creates problems to buy property or house. This also creates a problem if you buy property using your name.
If the Nakshatra of 4th house Lord gets the Nakshatra of Dushtana house Nakshatra. for example: If Lord of 4th house gets the Nakshatra of 12th house lord then it is not very favourable or auspicious Yog to get a Property.
The 6th house is a Dushtana house but if the Lord of the 4th house has any connection among the 6th house or 4th house.

The 4th house Lord is present in the 6th house as we consider the 6th house as a loan house then it shows that the person will take a loan to buy a house or property. If the person is in good financial condition then he or she will repay the loan amount anyhow.
Also, check the placement of the 2nd house and 11th house in your horoscope because if you do not have savings or income then how can you buy a house or property hence the condition of Lord of 2nd house and 11th house should be strong in a horoscope.
If there is a positive connection of planets between Lord of 2nd house and Lord of 11th house then you may get property or house through inheritance.
Also, check the same conditions as mentioned above in the Navamsa chart. Check the position of Mars and Venus in the Navamsa chart which is also important.
