Before going to analyse Manglik yog or dosh in a horoscope, we firstly understand

What is Mars or Mangal?

A mars is a planet which plays an important role in Vedic astrology or Palmistry. A mars is our "blood" and "courage", both are needed to lead a successful life. Without blood in our body , we can't survive, and without courage, we can't do anything in our life.

There are two kind of Mars:

1. Positive Mars

2. Negative Mars

Positive Mars represents boldness, taking initiative, courage, power, a soldier fighting in a battle, strength, blood in our body veins, all fruits which are red in colour, passion, determination, women marriage dress which is red in colour, vermilion, motivation, fighting spirit, high self esteem, excitement, enthusiastic, physically strong, achievement.

Negative Mars represents anger issues, frustration, aggressiveness, diplomacy, taking revenge, low or high blood pressure related problems, lack of confidence, low self esteem, fears, worries, mental tension, depression, instability, lack of motivation, accidents, head injuries, severe diseases, lack of concentration, unstable mind, exhaustion or lack of physical power.

With the help of above attributes given for " Positive Mars" and "Negative Mars", one can analyse the power of "Mars" whether negative or positive in one's horoscope

Now comes, Manglik dosh or yog in Vedic Astrology

Analysis of Manglik dosh or yog

A person will be considered Manglik when his or her mars will present in 1st house, 4th house, 7th house, 8th house, 12th house from ascendant or from lagna in on'es horsocope.

Many people are still living in a fear that , if a person is manglik then he or she will not get married or if he or she does so, then one will not alive either bride or bridegroom although we see many people are still living a long life although one party is manglik and other is non manglik, why this happens?

This happens because many people still don't know that around 90% people living in the whole world are not manglik, only 10% people are there who are manglik because most of the people having mars in their horoscope is either nullified or cancelled due to certain planetary aspects or combination.

Cancellation of Manglik dosh or Yog.

When Mars degree is : 0 degree, 28 degree or 29 degree because here mars has no power, mars is in dead state hence manglik dosh is cancelled.

When Mars is set off with sun then person will not considered as a manglik.

When Mars is a yogkarak planet then person is not manglik.

When 7th lord is present in 7th house in a horoscope or 7th lord is aspecting 7th house, it means that 7th house represents marriage life, daily wages, partnership e.t.c so when 7th lord will present in 7th house or 7th lord is aspecting 7th house then it will save this house and person will not considered as a manglik.

When Mars is aspected by Jupiter or Cojoin with Jupiter from Ascendant or from lagna. One should also look at the degree of Jupiter, if Jupiter degree is dominating then one can easily say that person is not manglik.

When Mars is with Moon or Aspected by Moon then no manglik dosha, it creates an auspicious yog called Lakshmi yog in one's chart or horoscope.

When Mars is in own sign i.e. in Aries(Number 1 zodiac sign) or exalted i.e. in Capricorn(Number 10 zodiac sign) then no manglik dosh occurs in a horoscope or kundli.

When Mars sits with Number 8 i.e. in Scorpio zodiac sign here mars in its own sign so, in this case also, no manglik dosh is present.

If Mars is present in same zodiac sign for example in Cancer zodiac sign or rashi, if mars and jupiter is present in same zodiac sign then manglik dosh is cancelled. A manglik person marries with other manglik person then manglik dosh is cancelled.

A person considers low manglik when Mars is present in cancer zodiac or rashi because cancer rashi lord is moon, moon temperament is cold, when hot i.e. mars mixes with cold i.e. moon then its adverse results will perceive less.

When any malefic planets that are Saturn or Rahu or Ketu or sun is aspecting or co-join with mars then manglik dosh is nullified because negative + negative = positive.

Suppose, In a boy horoscope ,if mars is present in 7th house or 1st house, and, in a girl horoscope if Saturn is present in 1st house or 7th house then also, manglik dosh is cancelled.

If we match horoscope or kundli for both boy and girl, we see that gun milan is above 27 then one can say that married life will be successful with happiness, so we should not consider manglik in this scenario.

After 28 year of life, the adverse effects of mars comes down so one can expect a happy married life after completing 28 years.

Manglik Dosh or Yog in Palmistry:

We can also check person palm to know whether he or she is Manglik or not.

If there is a line coming towards from Mars area and joins with heart line then we can say that the person is Manglik.
