To determine childbirth in Vedic Astrology. After analysing the horoscope of both male and female, we can accurately find that timings of Childbirth in Vedic Astrology.
We can't judge the timings of childbirth based on checking horoscope of only one party either male or female. Both horoscopes of Male and female should be properly analysed for accurate prediction regarding Childbirth.
When we talk about the childbirth. We analyse the 5th house. Karaka of childbirth i.e. Jupiter plays an important role for childbirth. Now we know that when will that time come in which we can know about the timings of Childbirth.
a) Look at the 5th house placement. Which planets are present in the 5th house in a horoscope. How much the 5th house is strong. Is 5th house is aspected by malefic planets or benefic planets? If 5th house and Lord of 5th house is aspected by benefic or 5th house or Lord of 5th house is present in the good zodiac signs then it gives a good indication regarding the child.
b) When the Lord of 5th house is present in the 5th house then also it is an excellent placement regarding the childbirth. It also indicates the birth of a talented, wealthy and intelligent child. 5th house also represents entertainment or any kind of artistic talents so their child may be a singer or dancer or actor. They may also involve in the media or entertainment industry. It also indicates to achieve higher study. Their children can do a Master degree or PhD. They may also get higher chances to win in a love affair related matter.
When a person gets the Mahadasha or Antardasha of 5th house or 5th house lord then we can say that this is an auspicious period to get a child.
Secondly, Look at the placement of Lord of 5th house. Wherever the Lord of 5th house is sitting in a horoscope, check that in which zodiac sign does the Lord of 5th house is present.
Let's take an example for Gemini Ascendant. In Gemini Ascendant, Lord of 5th house is Venus and Venus is present in 10th house with (Number 12). Here we see that Venus is present in Pisces zodiac sign. Lord of Pisces zodiac sign is Jupiter hence when one gets the Mahadasha or Antardasha or Pratyantardasha of Jupiter then this gives a higher Yoga to get childbirth.

If any planet is keeping an eye on the Lord of 5th house.
OR
If any planet is conjunct with the Lord of 5th house. During the Mahadasha or Antardasha or Pratyantardasha of planets who are keeping on the Lord of 5th house will be good timing to get childbirth.

During the Dasha of planets who are present in the 5th house or keeping an eye on the 5th house or conjunct with the 5th house gives childbirth in a horoscope.
To get a detailed analysis of Childbirth, one should also look at the D-7 horoscope i.e. Saptamsa chart.
a) Look at your D-7 Saptamsa Chart. Check the placement of the 1st house and the Lord of 1st house.
b) In D-7 chart, When a person gets the Mahadasha or Antardasha or Pratyantardasha of the 1st house and1st house lord then it gives chances to get childbirth.
c) In the D-7 chart, Dasha of 5th house and the lord of 5th house give Yoga for childbirth.
d) Planets who are keeping an eye on 5th house or 5th house lord.

e) Planets conjunct with the 5th house or 5th house lord is an indication of childbirth.
OR
Jupiter is the Karaka of a child. When anyone gets the Mahadasha or Antardasha of Jupiter, it gives the Yoga to get a Childbirth.
Also, Look at the placement of the 5th house from Jupiter and Moon.
Transit also helps to determine the Childbirth in Astrology.
Whenever Jupiter or Saturn transit runs for a longer period in which one gets aspect from Jupiter or Saturn then it gives yoga for childbirth.
OR
When Jupiter or Saturn conjunct in a horoscope and one get a transit of Jupiter or Saturn then it gives chances for childbirth.
OR
When Jupiter or Saturn makes a relation with 1st house or 5th house or Lord of 5th house or Lord of 7th house then it brings a Yoga to get childbirth.
When Jupiter or Saturn sits in 7th house Or Jupiter or Saturn aspect each other.
OR
Jupiter and Saturn conjunction in 7th house is also a good combination.
If any malefic Yoga's are also present in the horoscope like Pitra dosh or Grahan dosh or Chandal dosh or Kemdrum dosh or KalSarp dosh or Nagdosh or Angarak Dosh or Vish Dosh or Manglik dosh or Grahan Dosh or Papkartari Dosh or Shakat Dosh gives hurdles to get childbirth.
Before marriage, one can check his or her horoscope to determine childbirth:
a) First condition: If Lord of 5th house is a male planet. Male planets are Sun, Mars, Jupiter. It means that if Number 5 or Number 1 or Number 8 or Number 9 or Number 12 is present in 5th house then it indicates the birth of a male child.
b) Second condition: If the Lord of 5th house is present anywhere in the male zodiac signs.
Male zodiac signs are Number 1 or Number 3 or Number 5 or Number 7 or Number 9 or Number 11. They all are present in
odd zodiac signs.
Third condition: If Jupiter is also present in the Male zodiac signs. If all these conditions are fulfilled in both male and female horoscope then it shows the birth of a male child.
To know about the birth of a second child, look at the 7th house placement in your horoscope. If 7th Lord is a male planet and also present in the male zodiac sign. Jupiter is also a male planet and present in male zodiac sign then it also indicates the birth of a male child in a horoscope.
Now, to know about the birth of a female child, Moon and Venus are considered to be female planets.
If Number 2, Number 4, Number 7 zodiac signs are present in 5th house then the 5th house lord becomes female planets. If female planets are sitting anywhere in the Female zodiac signs. Female zodiac signs are Number 2, Number 4, Number 6, Number 8, Number 10, Number 12 is all-female zodiac signs.
If Jupiter who is the Karaka of Child is present in the female zodiac signs then this gives birth to a female child.
To know about the birth of a second child, just look at the position of 7th house. If the seventh lord is a female planet and present in the female zodiac sign then there is a chance of getting a female child.
a) Check your Palm. If you are a male then look at your left palm. If you are a female then look at your right palm.
b) Look at the childline on the palm. Child lines are present above the heart line and below the marriage line.
b) If the childline is clear, long and few parallel lines are present above the heart line then it shows that there is a greater chance to get male childbirth. If thin and short parallel lines are present above the heart line then this shows about the girl childbirth in Palmistry. If any other lines crossing or cut the childline then it does not consider good for childbirth.
a) Taking blessing from elders or older people or guru's or brahmins helps to get childbirth.
b) Apart from above, one should do remedies of all malefic dosh present in the horoscope.
